A pretty nice day today. Skipped church and finished some much needed laundry. M came over to show me his new car and we had lunch at Red Robin. Boy, I sure miss carpooling and working with him. He is such a good friend..I hate that I only see him once in awhile now and not almost everyday like before.
Returned a call to Jer and we ended up running off to Plymouth for a game of disc golf. We checked out a new (to us) park in Plymouth. Great park and nice course. A little convoluted but well marked. The weather was perfect for it...it showed as there were several people golfing this afternoon. It was a great workout and a nice walk among the fall colors (mustn't let M catch me saying that!). Only bad thing--a few late season mosquitoes on the last couple of holes.
Had a bite at Pacheros and then back to my place. We played a round of Trivial Pursuit: 20th Anniversary Edition (he won) and then 2 speed versions of Genus IV (we tied at 1 each).
Now just watching the Sox and Angels play out Game 5 (top of 9th, Chicago ahead 4 - 3).
