Had a visit with Grasshopper and The Jeff last night. Grasshopper seems a bit adrift as he's had no luck getting into any of his grad schools of choice. Next option is St. Thomas; I hope he gets in.
It was really nice seeing them both. I miss working with Grasshopper, he was one of the good things about this job. Jeff mentioned all 4 of us getting together sometime soon...I'd really like that. Just have to find the time (not really that much of a problem) and an idea of something to do.
It's been almost as long since I've seen M. I know he's been busy with school (finals week just finished), but he recently had to put down one of the dogs (Shelby, classiest puffball in the entire world) and I'm sure that took a lot out of him. Maybe I can bribe him with birthday presents...which reminds me, Mrs. M's birthday fast approaches.
When I got into work this morning, I just sat down and zip! I was off, cookin' with gas. I got a lot done and felt very good about it. But, oh boy, ... 3:00pm rolled around and I just crashed. Reem called us into her office for a short meeting and all I wanted to do was take a snoozer. Still, the day raced by and another Monday is over.
