L.A. Story, part 2 (Monks Ahoy!)

The majority of the remaining days fell into a pattern. I'd get up, have some breakfast, attend whatever colloquia or milestone meeting I was expected to attend, set my laptop up in the Advising Salon, work on incidents in my queue, wander over to the City Walk for lunch and to stretch my legs, come back to the hotel, meet with students for one-on-one advising, go back to hotel room at the end of the work day, shower, back to City Walk for dinner & stroll around, come back to hotel room, call Steef, go to bed.

Swear to God--this is a group of Buddhist monks I saw get off a tour bus and take the Universal Studios tour (not a great pic).
