Lonely Saturday Night

It's really nice outside tonight. I should be out, but I'm not. Folding laundry. Maybe I will walk down to DQ.

Batgirl called the other night. Yay! She's moved to Chicago. It's nice to have her nearer, hope I can make it to the Windy City to visit her more often than I made it to Florida (which was never).

Just finished reading Early Bird by Rodney Rothman. It was pretty good. Not as hilarious as I was expecting, but still funny in a bittersweet, understated way. It is the kind of novel that when I finished it, I thought: "I wish I had written that."
